Heal Yourself, Heal Your Relationships (and vice versa)

The #1 reason why the Infinite Bonds website, blogs, video, Facebook page, and the Family and Court Disorder book were created was to help individuals and families heal from relationship traumas. In fact, the most words in the book out of any chapter by far are located in the final chapter entitled Chapter 21: Healing – Potential Root Causes and Cures.

Instead of just focusing on the obstacles that stand in our way, we need to keep our eyes focused on our personal goals, dreams, and aspirations. For most of you, your overall health and happiness levels are incredibly important. If you are struggling with serious health challenges and feel both physical and emotional pain on a daily basis, then it can be difficult to maintain loving relationships with others who you do care about even if it may not seem like it.

Remember, “hurt people hurt people” while healthy people are more loving, compassionate, and empathetic people. Would you rather live in a state of fear, pain, and disconnection from others or in a state of love, laughter, and connection? The choice is yours and yours alone!

The average American consumers at least their total body weight in sugar each and every single year; a 200-pound man will probably eat 200 pounds of sugar annually. A parasite’s favorite food is also sugar. Those trillions of tiny, microscopic viruses and parasites in each of us seemingly must scream with joy each time that we ingest a candy bar or donut.

It has been said over the years by numerous medical and health experts such as Dr. Otto Warburg and Dr. Max Gerson that sugar, and sugar-like substances such as Aspartame and High Fructose Corn Syrup, play a pivotal role in the development of cancer, diabetes, heart problems, emotional health challenges, and many other health problems. During the fermentation process in our bodies as the sugar digests in us, it is thought that the oxygen levels in the nearby cells or regions of the body are decreasing as well. Cancer is described as a “dead cell” due to lack of oxygen, so this is an interesting theory in regard to a possible “cause and effect” outcome. Later in Dr. Warburg’s career, he became more convinced that external toxins were reducing oxygen levels in people even more so than sugar.

Bodies which have reduced oxygen levels also may have more acidic bodies since they tend to go hand-in-hand together. Diets that are rich in alkaline-healing foods such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds can improve a person’s overall alkaline levels. An alkaline body is one in which is it filled with oxygen. Upwards of half of some green plants or vegetables generate half of their weight from oxygen.

A healthy body and brain needs sufficient levels of iodine. Iodine is our bodies’ natural disinfectant that flushes out viruses and other toxins. It is also the primary fuel for a healthy thyroid.
